After receipt of all of the supporting evidence and the assessment report, our claims agent will validate your claim. The average turnaround time for validation, once all required information has been received, is 48 hours.
Once the claim has been validated, our claims agent will contact you to discuss the outcome, your excess, and the next steps in the process.
