How to claim
1. Tell us what happened
Report the incident as soon as possible by following our claims process here. All incidents involving theft or attempted theft require a police report in order to make a claim.
2. We do the legwork
While we process your claim, we can reimburse you for a rental bike while we sort out your repair or replacement.
3. Get moving again
Once your claim has been approved, there are a couple of possible outcomes: Your bicycle and/or insured item may be repaired or replaced or you may be offered a payment for the reasonable cost of replacing or repairing the bicycle or item yourself.
