So far so good with the Sundays Insurance team. We now have two e-bikes covered and the price seems very competitive. I have to say that the service from the team to date has been great, so no complaints at all.

May I also thank the team for all their help. In the first place I was looking at cycleguard but unlike yourselves they don't cover the battery either as part of the bike or if it were stolen separately from the bike. What really clinched it however, was phone calls I made to the team about the cover I would get. I'm on a very lo income and also suffer mental health problems so what I wanted from a policy most of all is peace of mind. I wanted to feel that, heaven forfend, if anything happened, not only was I covered but that I'd be dealing with real human beings and a nice company. As it happens the bike cost me almost all my savings so you can imagine the last thing I want is for the bike to be stolen but if it did happen I'd want the peace of mind to know it was covered. Speaking to your team and now feeling reassured, a very human process, now means I can enjoy using the bike without worrying unduly about what could happen to it. That's a big thank you to the team and the reassurance they gave. May I wish all the team and your company a very happy coming holiday season and all the best for 2024.

No bother at all, straight forward easy process and great value for money and great advice, as mentioned in other reviews the advisor was polite and easy to talk to. Why can't other insurance companies be like this.

Front end arranging policy and uploading photo's of my new bike very straight forwards. Quality of any policy if you have to make a claim in the future, hopefully will be as good as setting policy up.

Good cover at competitive price, arranged quickly. Ts&Cs quite restrictive mind so may have to re-think this.

Excellent service. Extremely polite staff. I liked the fact if the rep didn’t know the answer too a question I had, she kindly got back too me with a reply. I’m in my 70s and heard of hearing, the rep was extremely patient and didn’t rush me. Two days after taking out the insurance I forward further information. Received notification that it had been received and info updated on my file. Wished all insurance companies dealt with their clients with the same service

Amazing service and speedy response

Blown away by how easy it is to add bikes on, remove them and then when I had to claim the process was seamless. Couldn't recommend enough!

Brilliant from start to finish. They were very helpful, even though I had to call a few times (not their fault) I'm a 65 yr old fogie and not really computer savvy. Really realistic price and a bit of a no brainer.
