What are the Insurance Choice Awards?

The Insurance Choice Awards are annual awards hosted by Smart Money People, highlighting the best in the industry. The awards give customers a say, allowing them to review and provide feedback on businesses and ultimately decide the winner of each category. Customers are encouraged to voice their opinions on local businesses based on their experiences. By asking for reviews as votes, it makes the results genuine and provides far more value than votes from a panel of judges.

Why did we enter the Insurance Choice Awards?

We pride ourselves in having excellent customer service, speedy claims turnaround times, and generally putting the customer first, but don’t take it from us. We wanted to allow our customers the opportunity to speak about their positive experiences with Sundays insurance, and the reviews we received were outstanding. As a result, we were nominated as finalists in the “Best Cycle Insurance Provider” and the “Treating Customers Fairly Champion” categories.

The “Best Cycle Insurance Provider” category is open to UK insurance providers offering products directly to customers for their bicycles, including electric bikes. The “Treating Customers Fairly Champion” category is open to all companies across the various insurance categories, where customers are asked how fairly they believe they were treated by the company’s employees and the product.

In 2022, over 85 companies participated in the awards, with reviews amassing over 60,000. Being a finalist in any category shows prestige and is an achievement we’re very proud of.
