Sundays insurance – £500 Voucher Prize Draw Terms & Conditions (UK)

1. Eligibility

To be eligible, customers must:

  1. Activate their 30 Days Free cover through Sundays insurance.
  2. A UK residents aged 18 and over.
  3. Purchase and pay for an annual Sundays insurance bicycle policy.
  4. Must have an active Sundays policy at the time of announcing the winner.
  5. Not be an employee of Sundays insurance or its affiliates, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter

  1. Customers are automatically entered into the prize draw once they purchase an annual bicycle insurance policy following the activation of their 30 Days Free cover.
  2. Only one entry per eligible customer is permitted.

3. Prize

  1. One (1) winner will receive a £500 voucher from a selected UK retailer.
  2. The voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.

4. Prize Draw and Notification

  1. The winner will be randomly selected within 30 days after the promotional period ends.
  2. Sundays insurance will notify the winner via the email address used to purchase the annual policy.
  3. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of being contacted, Sundays insurance reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

5. Promotional Period

  1. The prize draw is open for customers who activate their 30 Days Free cover and purchase an annual policy between 01/12/2025 and 30/04/2026.
  2. Sundays insurance reserves the right to extend or shorten the promotional period at its sole discretion.

6. Data Protection

  1. Personal data provided during the policy purchase process will be used to administer this prize draw and in accordance with Sundays insurance’s Privacy Policy.

7. General

  1. Sundays insurance reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion, or to exclude any entries that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
  2. Sundays insurance’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  3. This promotion is governed by English law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

8. Liability

  1. Sundays insurance is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the competition, use of the prize, acceptance prize or any other liability relating to participation in the competition whatsoever.
