Sundays Referral Programme

‍1. Eligibility:

  1. The referral programme is open to all Sundays customers with an active policy.

2. How it Works:

  1. Referrers log into their Sundays Portal where the Refer a Friend sharable link can be found.
  2. Referrers can share the unique link with friends and family.
  3. Referees receive a 20% discount on their first policy period.
  4. Once the referee's policy has been active for 14 days, the referrer will get a £25 credit applied to their policy.

3. Successful Referral:

  1. A successful referral is defined as a referee who purchases a bicycle insurance policy and remains a customer for at least 14 days after policy activation.

4. Reward Distribution:

  1. The referrer will automatically receive the £25 credit per successful referral on the next premium payment date.
  2. The referee’s 20% discount is applied automatically at purchase.

5. Limitations:

  1. There is no limit on the number of referrals; however, your next instalment amount can not be negative - any additional points earned will be transferred to your next payment period.
  2. Sundays reserves the right to modify or cancel the programme at any time.

6. Sharing Referral Links:

  1. The Sundays referral programme is intended for personal and non-commercial use only. Referral links and promo codes may be shared privately with friends, family, and personal contacts, but must not be published or distributed on commercial websites, voucher platforms, blogs, public forums, or similar channels.
  2. Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any form of “spamming,” including bulk messaging, mass emailing, or contacting people they do not know, as well as using automated systems, bots, or paid services to promote their referral link.
  3. Additionally, referral links may not be advertised through any form of paid marketing or sponsored promotion. Sundays reserves the right to monitor activity and may suspend or revoke referral benefits if any misuse, fraud, or breach of these terms is suspected.

7. Data Protection:

  1. Personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination and Changes:

  1. Sundays may suspend, modify, or terminate the Refer a Friend programme, or a member’s ability to participate, at any time and for any reason.
  2. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and may suspend accounts, revoke rewards, or adjust referral benefits if we believe any activity is abusive, fraudulent, misleading, or in violation of the programme’s terms and conditions.
  3. Sundays also reserves full discretion to modify, limit, or change the type, scope, and value of rewards or benefits available through the programme at any time.

9. General:

  1. Referrals must be genuine new customers.
  2. Fraudulent activity will void rewards.
  3. The referral programme applies to Sundays policies only and not to Battleface travel insurance or any other non-Sundays products.
