1. Vouchers are provided by Hemingways Marketing Services Ltd trading as VEX Rewards. In order to provide the Voucher, Sundays will provide VEX Rewards with your Name, Surname, Telephone number and e-mail address. Sundays has no control over how your data is stored, or used by VEX Rewards and we advise you to review their privacy policy.
2. Sundays hereby disclaims any liability for the use of any VEX vouchers. Any issues or claims arising from the use of the vouchers should be directed to  VEX Rewards, as they are solely responsible for the provision and performance thereof.
3. Sundays reserves the right to cancel or amend any offers and these terms and conditions without prior notice. Your statutory rights are not affected.
4. The promotional voucher code is a limited offer.
5. The promotion is open to applicants:
   a. who permanently reside in England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland;
   b. are aged 18 years or over; and 
   c. who purchase a new Sundays insurance policy. This excludes cyclist only policies.  
6. VEX vouchers cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other discounts, incentives or offers.
7. Only new policies are eligible for the promotion. This promotion applies to new customers only and not current or past policyholders.
8. If the Sundays policy is cancelled or refunded within the first 15 days, you will not be entitled to receive the voucher and the voucher will be voided. 
9. The voucher will be provided by e-mail after the completion of the 15 day period.  
10. The voucher is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue.
11. The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
12. Sundays reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each policyholder and decline to provide vouchers where applications are duplicates, materially incorrect or fraudulent.
13. Any applicants found to be transacting fraudulently with Sundays may have their details passed to Police Authorities for further investigation.
